While we are staying home, we may as well find our way toward ease and stillness together. The original meditation circle began at The Center For Self-Actualization, every Friday evening, and now continues to hold its space online. Erica Rose guides the group with a variety of Meditation, pranayama, visualization and creative wellness practices and welcomes all levels of experience. The group has time each session to connect, share and build community around the beautiful gifts of self-compassion, clarity and loving kindness. There is no where else you need to be, and nothing else you need to do… We look forward to seeing you!

Sessions are donation based and provided through the Zoom application online. Beginners welcome. You will receive zoom links and info for the meditation circle via email after registering for the session below.
