The legend of Mith begins with two little seedlings learning to grow and become in this world. Change is constant, life moves fast and we appreciate it ALL. At home in the Mith Crew we relate through authentic expression, respect, and creative flow… (spontaneous dance parties and fits of uncontrollable laughter can sometimes be the pinnacle of a good day at work). We love to learn and grow in the direction life is leading us with awareness of our own ideas and hopes. We understand there are always more ways to refine our practices, alone and together, and amplify the communal vibe to thrive with integrity & grace.
